A family (who were friends with the waitress)came after us and sat beside us and had their order taken before us and another man who came in after us also got his order taken. We continued to wait to have our order taken and after 15 mins of sitting we decided to leave. Waitress didn't even try to stop us. Would not recommend unless you are from Bala or friends of the staff.November 21, 2016
